Our in-house Installation department are responsible for carrying our domestic boiler installations and upgrades for Social Landlords, Housing Associations and Local Authorities. We endavour to provide residents with working boilers and gas appliances, supplying them with heating and hot water, at all times through:

Dedicated Team

Our dedicated team are trained specifically on contractual requirements to enable knowledge and continuous communication to clients and residents. They are responsible for managing our engineers diary and ensuring all appointments are booked and attended within the allocated timescale with the appropriate engineers, from the installer to the electrician and builder where required.

Planned/ Reactive Installations

To manage any planned installations we work closely with our clients to create tailor made installation programmes for domestic boilers within the contract.

We carry out reactive installations where required, for example following a gas safety check or responsive repair. We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time to ensure minimal disruption for residents

Quality Management

To ensure the highest standards of work is maintained we have an in-house quality management team who carry out 100% quality checks on installations and upgrades. Manufacturers are carefully chosen to provide quality giving maximum efficiency and liability.
