Our fully trained contact centre are available 24/7, 365 days a year available to efficiently deal with all resident calls, facilitate engineer call out booking and to carry out daily diary management to ensure all repairs are completed on time.


Our trained staff have worked on projects from changing single radiators to full services installations in sheltered housing schemes, schools, offices and larger residential properties. Our service department are able to maintain all types of plant enabling us to provide our services to install the plant and routinely maintain it thereafter
