We have Total Solutions gas and/or electrical packages designed specifically to make your life easier.
We schedule and carry out annual landlords gas safety checks (CP12) and issue certification so you don’t have to worry about remembering!
We arrange the visit directly with your tenants, offer appointments to suit and can arrange to collect keys if more convenient.
All our staff are vetted by the Criminal Records Bureau so both you and your tenants can rest assured. A 24 hour telephone number is issued so that your tenant can ring us directly with a gas or electric related problem. One payment per month and everything is covered.
