Gas Administrator

Department: Gas Admin
Reporting to: Mandy Rapley
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5.30pm

The main intention is to achieve a high level of control, monitoring and consistency of focus on performance within the Gas Service Department.

Summary of the initial responsibilities to be reviewed quarterly in line with client and company requirements.

Initial Outline of Position/Duties

Configure and Running of Compliancy Reports via web portal.
Diary Management of Annual Gas Services/sending access letters
Sending daily completion reports to Clients
Configure and Running of KPI reports via web portal
Ensuring each contract folder is up-to-date prior to contract meetings
Liaising with Clients and Gas CC via email and by phone
Supporting GASCC in busy Periods - phones
Raising/Deletion of Sites
Sending LGSRs to residents on a weekly basis
CP12 Approving/rejecting
Supporting contract managers
Engineer queries
