Smith & Byford are the chosen contractor to look after gas servicing and call outs for all the Housing Stock in Reigate & Banstead (Raven Housing Trust). We are pleased to be working with the Raven Housing Trust and as well as carrying out the Gas Servicing we provide the Landlords Gas Safety Records for all properties including Sheltered Accommodation. Smith & Byford are also the specialist contractor for the Merlin Project which is Raven Housing Trust’s programme to deliver the Home Improvements to meet the decent homes promises in the form of Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Windows as well as New Central Heating Systems / Part L Upgrades.
