Our 7 day Call Centre is able to ensure that when a fault or problem occurs it is dealt with in a quick and effective timely manner to meet the agreed response times to all our clients in addition all our engineers are all issued with hand held PDA’s which not only allows our Call Centre to send the relevant information, but also identifies the nearest engineer to the site.
