This role is for a full time position in our Procurement Department. The successful candidate will be provided with training in all areas of the tasks required and will routinely be assessed on delivery, feedback and flexibility within this role. The successful candidate will be expected to learn the full procurement, systems and scheduling process operated within the department.

This role is field based and will have the responsibility for attending client properties to assess the type of work required in installing a replacement boiler/associated controls and materials as necessary or a full heating survey for complete installation of wet central heating system, complete with scale drawing of boiler and radiator positions.

This role is for a full time position, based in our call centre. As part of this role you will be working within a team of skilled Customer Service Operative’s (CSO) covering all domestic gas service contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering great customer experience through a variety of channels (phone, email, live chat etc).

As a Planner you will be responsible for the planning of our field based engineers within your allocated contract area. You will manage the day-to-day planning tasks and ensure that you are providing exceptional service delivery to all customers. You will need to efficiently plan work to ensure all SLA’s are met, and the engineer’s productivity is at maximum efficiency.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for working within our Private Department team to deliver the best in customer service and care to our clients and customers. Our clients are Letting Agents, Landlords and Private Customers who either pay for works or have a contract with us. You will be responsible for assisting with the client contracts listed below and providing cover for annual leave/sickness, as and when required.   • Gas Installation Engineer

This role is for a full-time position in our Gas Installation Department. The successful candidate will carry out installation of gas boilers, full heating systems and associated equipment such as radiators, cylinders and gas supplies to a high standard. You will be expected to work alongside a close-knit team of Installation Engineers, Sub Contractors, Electricians, builders, surveyors, supervisors, office staff and managers.  The role requires the installer to work closely with not only the above but also apprentices to assist with their development in becoming future gas engineers.

  • Gas Installation Administrator

This role is for a full time position within our Gas Installation Department. The main intention is to achieve a high level of control, monitoring and consistency of focus on performance within the department. The role will encompass supporting the existing installations team and taking responsibility for the daily management of allocated engineer diaries, time sheets and all relevant paperwork associated with time sheets. Full training will be provided for this role.

This role is for a full-time position in our BMS Department, working to deliver projects for a variety of clients within the commercial and education sectors. The successful candidate will need to have experience in commissioning either Trend or Tridium based BMS systems and be able to use SET and Workbench software. Experience in commissioning HVAC systems,  including LTHW Commercial Heating Systems, Chilled Water systems, AHU’s is essential.

This role is for a full-time position in our Peckham Office. We’re looking to employ an experienced administrator to carry out the PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) planning of engineers via the Vixen Diary System. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Commercial Gas  team to achieve a high level of control, monitoring and consistency of  performance.

We’re looking for an experienced, Gas Safe registered engineer to join our Domestic Gas Department. The successful candidate will be required to carry out gas servicing, maintenance and repair on gas boilers and appliances.
