Important Message: Frozen Condense Pipes
If your boiler has stopped working this may be due to a frozen condense pipe. This can easily be resolved without the need for an engineer.
How to safely thaw your frozen condense pipe:
- Look for an outdoor pipe connected to your boiler (usually white plastic connecting to an external drain)
- If it is safe to do so pour warm (not boiling) water along the pipe
- Reset your boiler
