We carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to 150+ commericial sites to ensure compliance with Landlord Gas Safety Testing, L8 Legionella Testing, Electrical Periouducal Testing, F Gas certification and PAT Testing. Case Study

The Ledbury Estate, Southwark

As a result of the Grenfell Tower tragedy, a risk assessment was carried out by Southwark and SGN. It was decided that all gas supplies on The Ledbury Estate should be cut off immediately, which left residents without heating/hot water.

The next day ourselves, Southwark and SGN jointly isolated all gas supplies and installed a temporary boiler within 24 hours. We replaced cold water storage tanks, redesigning pipework and installing new hot water cylinders with timed immersion heaters and altered wiring.

A temporary office was set up onsite to provide consistent point of contact for residents. During this 6 week period, there were around 8-10 different S&B teams working on site, putting in around 2,800 manhours overall.
