Important Message - Frozen Condense Pipes

If your boiler has stopped working this may be due to a frozen condense pipe. This can easily be resolved without the need for an engineer. How to safely thaw your frozen condense pipe:

  1. Look for an outdoor pipe connected to your boiler (usually white plastic connecting to an external drain)
  2. If it is safe to do so pour warm (not boiling) water along the pipe
  3. Reset your boiler
